how to choose glue feeding system?
The key part of an automatic glue dispensing machine is glue feeding system. How to choose suitable glue feeding system based on specific application?
For the single component silicone, there are some standard package in the market, like 300ml or 310ml or 330ml tube or catridge package. To apply glue in this kind of package, you can either use a glue gun pressing by manual strength, or use a pneumatic-driven barrel to push or squeez glue out.
The other normal standard package is 2600ml tube. The volume is almost ten times of 300ml tube. There are two adavantages for using this big package, first is to save purchasing cost, second is to reduce frequency of refilling glue into the barrel. For 2600ml package, corresponding pressure barrel is also adopted in automatic glue dispensing machine.
Another one is 5-gallon or 20kg silicone packed in plastic bag. Basically it is used for applications which require high glue volume to keep long period glue supply for automatic glue dispensing solution. For this kind of glue feeding systm, pumping feeding system should be applied. We offer 5-gallon pressure pumping feeding system for high-glue-volume machine or line. For instance, multi-heads glue dispensing line for back-lit panel light, home appliances glue dispensing machine, LED wall-washer silicone bonding machine, etc.
