Q: Is your factory just a trader or a manufacturer?

A: GDS is a professional automatic machine manufacturer which has its own R&D, producing, selling and servicing team.

2. Q: What should be provided while communicating with GDS for specific application?

A: To conduct effective communcation with GDS team, please kindly sharing information-related as much as possible. For instance, if you need glue dispensing machine, highly suggested you to provide glue datasheet from your glue supplier, product size and range, glue application position, glue volume required per unit product, how you wanna achieve automation etc.

3. Q: What is the lead time of GDS machine?

A: for standard machine, generally 7-10days; for line solution or customized machine, takes around 30 days.

4. Q: What is the payment terms?

A: only TT is accepted. and 100% payment should be done before order delivery

5. Q: What kind of after-sales service GDS can offer?

A: For simple standard machine, GDS team can offer operation instruction in words and in video. For complicated line solution, GDS can arrange installation and training service by our experienced engineer. GDS team is also available on-line by email, wechat,whatsapp to solve your problem.
