GDS manufactured hot melt glue dispenser/glue dispensing machine/glue gun combines three-axis movement control system and hot melt glue dispensing control system. The PUR hot melt glue become liquid flowing after heating by the device, then with the control of three-axis movement control system, the hot melt glue can be applied to the product. It replaces manual operation to quickly apply hot melt glue on products with good performance.

  • Desktop design with hand programming controller, easy to learn and operate;
  • Gluing track can be set as points, line, surface, full circle, arc and combinations etc;
  • The instructions can be copied and arrayed;
  • Equipped industrial PLC controller, for different glue with different settings ensure the best performance.
  • Glue flow is stable without leakage and drawing.
