LED water-proof driver production process requires AB glue like 1:1 silicone coating for components protection. If done by manual operation, it leads to much labor cost. GDS team is able to offer complete automatic solution to realize quick AB glue potting and curing. At the end of the potting line, LED driver with cured glue inside are ready. The whole line may only need 1-2 workers with high capacity.
