8 heads glue dispensing robot for 2X2 back-lit panel light production glue application

Machine Description

2X2 back-lit panel light assembly process includes the steps of bonding PCB strips to the housing with silicone glue. Some panel light manufacturers use 6 PCB strips, some use 8 PCB strips. No matter in which number, silicone glue application is necessary. GDS 8 heads glue dispensing robot is designed to meet the panel light manufacturers demand of applying 8 glue lines for the housing at one time. It can perfectly dispense 8 straight silicone line correspondingly for 8 PCB strips in a quick and even motion. 8 silicone dispensing heads can be controlled independently. Operator is free to use any of them based on real production requirements.
